Tales from the Trails...
August felt a little different.
After last month’s long stretch — eight states from Florida to Illinois and all the way out to California and back — this month was about catching up, settling back into a steadier rhythm, and taking care of the work that had been waiting.
We reconditioned pianos for churches and a very special Yamaha artist as well as spent time with both legacy clients and new ones, continued work on the new documentary coming out after the first of the year, and began revamping to our new website which should be completed by the end of September. We finished the month in Charleston, and kept the systems running cleanly while the road quieted just a little.
A few things stood out.
We crossed 100 five-star Google reviews in the last five months. Every one of those came from real people and real pianos. That number means something to us. If you would like to add a 5 star review and haven't yet, click here to leave yours.
A simple post asking whether it’s hard to find a good piano tuner still brought in more than a thousand likes and a steady stream of comments from all over the country. It was a clear reminder of why this work still matters.
September is already shaping up to be a full one. We’ll be moving through Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. It’s going to be a busy stretch, and we’re looking forward to it.
Grateful for the quieter days that let us catch our breath, and ready for the road again.
