Tales from the Trails...

Strong Momentum, Museum Legacy and the Road The Keeps Delivering

Back again with another Tales from the Trails update. May has been one of those months that reminds us why we love life on the road—steady appointments, great clients, and moments that make all the miles feel worthwhile.

April set a high bar, and May carried that same forward energy right through. We stayed busy with new faces and familiar legacy clients, including a solid run through Clemson and Greenville, SC and Charlotte and Wilmington, NC as well as a quick run back to Daytona Beach.

One of the highlights that still has me smiling happened during the Greenville trip. We stopped by the Sigal Music Museum to check on the 1856 Steinway & Sons square piano I donated last year. It’s now on prominent display as part of their 250-year celebration, and seeing my name and the company name on the plaque right there with the instrument feels pretty special. This piano is a real piece of history, and knowing it’s being preserved for future generations makes the donation even more meaningful.

The “Coming Soon” campaign we launched is already sparking real interest from folks in Florida, Illinois, California and New Hampshire—exactly what we hoped for when we built those dedicated pages. It’s exciting to see people reaching out ahead of our travel dates and getting on the priority list.

On the content side, one of the reels we dropped on Facebook received over 20,000 views picking up serious traction and brought a nice wave of visitors to the site. We’ve been testing small tweaks to the "TV Tuesday" approach with a new real of us on TV every Tuesday, and it’s paying off in visibility and awareness. The Google reviews have been climbing nicely too—grateful for every client who takes the time to share their experience.

As always, we will see you on down the road...

Stay Tuned

Tim & Kelli

The Piano Doctor

All in all, May reminded us how much we enjoy being out there helping people—tuning, restoring, and connecting with people who care about their pianos as much as we do. The road keeps delivering, and we're grateful for every mile.
